About You

Name: Or, what you want us to call you.

Prior RP Experience? A simple ‘yes, x amount of time’ or ‘no’ will suffice. I don’t need places, but I would like to know how long you’ve been Rping.

Character Information

Name: Last, First Middle. Make them appropriate to the era – no extremely ethnic names, please. I won’t be accepting anyone from China/Japan/etc. here without a very good reason – they’ve got their own schools!

Age and Birthdate: Make your character a reasonable age. Birthdate is rather self-explanatory.

Sex: Male or Female.

Blood: Pure, Half, or Muggle. No half-Veela, werewolves, etc. Humans only!

Wand: Wood, core, quality of motion (swishy, stiff, etc.) and length

House: If they were a Hogwarts student, what House were they in?

Place of Birth: Where were they born?

Physical Appearance: At least two good, solid paragraphs.

Personality: At least two good, solid paragraphs, preferably more than the Physical Description. This will be used to determine what House your character will be sorted into. Your character is expected to be well-rounded; there must be strengths and weaknesses! No flat characters here!

History: Detail! A minimum of six paragraphs, preferably more. That said, don’t give me irrelevant back history – I don’t care what her great-great parents did unless it affects the character as well. Don’t put in family history only to take up space. This is the part of the application which explains why your characters acts the way he/she does.

Sample Post: At least five paragraphs. This can be from another RP, so long as it demonstrates how well you RP.
